Michael brings over a decade of real estate experience in New York City and Beijing, China, where he became fluent in Mandarin Chinese after living abroad for four years. While Vice President of International Investments at the Regional Center of Extell Development, one of the largest real estate developers in NYC, Michael helped the team raise over $750M. He was integral to opening many new EB-5 markets, including: India, Vietnam, Mexico and LATAM, South Korea, and others. His investor and partner relations experience, ability to assist investors through the investment process, and understanding of the importance of meeting with investors wherever they are located across the globe was crucial to the completion of many iconic buildings around NYC.
